Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department travel nurse (ER RN) for Hartford, Connecticut. This 18-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, delivering frontline care in a fast-paced ED.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS/TNCC, and the ability to triage and implement care under physician guidance. Travel nurses benefit from weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, 1 Year
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
