Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide rapid, high-quality care in a busy emergency department, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 1 year ER experience, active RN license in MN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certification, with benefits including travel pay and comprehensive insurance. Shift is 12 hours, nights; duration 13 weeks, 36 hours per week.

Qualificações

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during procedures and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED and respond to needs.
• Document patient conditions and care in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
