Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Gunnison, Colorado. The position is 40 hours per week with day shifts in a fast-paced Emergency Department, delivering high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1 year ER RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. Travel nurses receive competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient conditions and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
