Job summary

AG Globe Services is seeking a Travel RN - ED in Hartford, Connecticut to deliver high‑quality nursing care in a fast‑paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will bring ED experience, trauma center exposure, and strong clinical judgment to a demanding environment.

The contract runs 18 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour days, and a bi‑weekly pay schedule. Orientation pay may apply, and a stipend option is available to maximize take‑home pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut or eligible compact license.
• Emergency Department experience required.
• Level I or II Trauma experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Perform rapid assessments and triage based on acuity.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families and document care accurately.
• Adhere to infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and trauma situations.
