Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department RN for travel assignment in Macon, GA. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a 13-week rotation with a 36-hour workweek, providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Duties include triage, care planning, IV therapy and patient education in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Emergency Department RN responsibilities include triage, assessment and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor patient status.
• Perform triage and initiate initial assessment.
• Administer IV therapy and manage wounds.
• Document patient history and vital signs accurately.
