Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Pell City, AL. The ER RN will provide rapid-response emergency care, assess patients, administer life-saving treatments, and work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED.

Required qualifications include 1 year ER RN experience, Alabama RN license, and active BLS/ACLS; PALS or ENPC is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience
• Active RN license in Alabama
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and document outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care
