Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Gadsden, Alabama. The ER travel RN will evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced ED while adhering to physician orders and hospital protocols.

The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with 36 hours per week for a 13-week assignment and travel benefits as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and triage patients and implement care per physician instructions.
• Perform basic bedside care and assist with minor procedures.
• Document medical history, allergies, vital signs, and patient status.
