Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Big Spring, TX. The role provides a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, and opportunities to impact patient care in a dynamic emergency department. You will join a dedicated clinical team and earn competitive benefits.

Required are at least 1 year of ER experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC preferred. Additional certifications may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced ER.
• Assess, triage, and plan treatment for emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assist physicians during procedures and exams.
• Document assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
