Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Longview, Texas. You will deliver rapid, high-quality emergency care, triage patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires ER RN experience, valid licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications. Start date ASAP with 12-hour night shifts and travel-related benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience minimum.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients upon arrival and prioritize care.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per ER protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
