Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bentonville, Arkansas. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response care in a fast-paced setting, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires at least one year of ER experience, valid RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Travel benefits and comprehensive coverage are included by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists and staff.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards.
