Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in New Bedford, MA. The ER RN delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care.

The role requires one year of ER experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS (PALS/ENPC or other related certifications preferred).

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required
• RN license current and valid in state
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP or SANE may be required

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians in procedures
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED
• Document nursing assessments and outcomes in EMR
• Initiate patient education plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
