Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• One year of recent experience as an ER RN
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC), ACLS (AHA/ARC), and PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE certifications

Role Summary

The ER RN provides rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing urgent care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered care. The role requires clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and ethics.

Essential Functions

• Assess and triage patients upon arrival
