The ideal candidate has a BSN, current Michigan license, and AHA ACLS/BLS; TNCC is preferred. Prior ER experience is required to manage fast-paced patient care and teamwork on night shifts.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and Michigan RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA.
• TNCC training preferred; current licensure by the Michigan Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise, document care, and communicate with the health care team to ensure patient safety.
