Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Cincinnati, Ohio. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts days and evenings in the Emergency Department.

Active RN license required with a degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required, and 18 months of recent ER experience is expected for this travel position.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
