Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications on hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year ED staff nurse experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ED operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensures safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
• Supervises, coaches, and supports staff development.
• Assists with performance management and HR-related activities.
