Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Ukiah, California. The 13-week contract starts 10/26/2026 and features a 3x12 night schedule (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,070 to $2,269, with comprehensive support for credentialing and onboarding from HealthForce Healthcare LLC throughout the engagement. This acute care ER role requires California RN licensure, BLS, TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and at

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing (CA).
BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor; additional CPR acceptable.
TNCC required.
PALS certification required (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS).
ACLS certification required (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS).
Minimum of two years ER or acute care nursing experience.
BSN preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of ER patients.
Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
Administer medications, monitor responses, and coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals.
Supervise and direct nursing staff and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, healing care.
Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards.
