Job summary
American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Room position in Tennessee. A TN or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent ED experience are required.
Shifts are 12 hours at night (7p-7a), totaling 36 hours weekly with weekend rotations. The role requires travel nursing experience and adherence to holiday coverage, with no floating or charge responsibilities expected.
Qualifications
- Active TN or compact RN license on file at time of consideration.
- Minimum of 2 years of ED experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Services unit of a 130-bed hospital with a 19-bed ICU.
- Patient population varies across all age ranges.
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week.
- Weekend requirement of at least 4 shifts per 6-week schedule, with every other weekend worked.
- No floating or charge responsibilities required.
- Provide emergency nursing care across a varied patient population of all ages.
- Scrubs of any color permitted.
- Required to work 2 of the 3 designated holidays, with time off requests limited to no more than one holiday.
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate.
- Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility.
