Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an Travel EP Lab Tech to assist in electrophysiology procedures, manage equipment, and monitor patients across procedures. The role emphasizes sterile technique, patient safety, and collaboration with the care team.

The candidate will support mapping, ablations, and device procedures, handle post-procedure care, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Travel may be involved as required by assignments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of EP Lab Tech experience.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and assist physicians during EP procedures.
  • Monitor patient status and ensure equipment is functioning properly and sterile throughout procedures.
  • Support infection control and safety protocols.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in electrophysiology procedures such as studies, ablations, and device implantations. Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety. Support cardiac mapping, ablations, and device procedures while maintaining sterile techniques and collaborating with the care team. Provide patient education, administer medications, and assist with post-procedure care, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum one year of recent EP Lab Tech experience, current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certifications. Strong critical thinking, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical ability to move equipment and assist in procedures, with visual acuity and ability to work under pressure.

Key Duties:

Conduct assessments, assist physicians, monitor patient status, manage equipment, and support patient safety throughout procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
