Coastal Elite Pro seeks an Travel EP Lab Tech to assist in electrophysiology procedures, ablations, and device implantations. You will prepare patients, operate EP lab equipment, monitor responses, and ensure safety.
The role requires current BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications, with strong critical thinking and communication skills to support safe, efficient workflows.
Assist in electrophysiology procedures including studies, ablations, and device implantations. Prepare patients, operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety. Conduct nursing assessments, educate patients and families, administer medications, and provide post-procedure care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans, maintain sterile technique, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Requires at least one year of recent EP Lab Tech experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification. Preferred licenses include radiologic technologist credentials, PALS or ENPC. Must have strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, physical ability to handle equipment and move about, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Perform patient assessments, assist with procedures, monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to patient changes, and support safe, efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, and assist with education and documentation.
