Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an EP Lab Technologist with critical care and cath lab experience, including monitoring and scrubbing in an EP lab setting. The role supports a day shift team and requires working with EP ablations and device implants.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in the EP/Cath lab, licensing as applicable, and be comfortable with EMR systems and Navy scrubs for sterile environments. Relocation outside a 50‑mile radius is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EP/Cath lab settings.
• Experience in EP monitoring and scrubbing is required.
• Critical care/cath lab background is essential.
• Structural heart experience preferred.
• RCIS/ARRT certification preferred but not required.
• License is required where applicable.
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration.
• Professional references required (2 for FL and MO, 1 otherwise).
• No gaps in work history of 90 days within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Work in an EP Lab unit setting with a day shift team of 10–16 staff (techs and RNs).
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:1 during procedures.
• Rotating 8–10 hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No weekend shifts required; late shifts may be needed.
• Utilize Merge/Meditech/Claris EMR systems for documentation.
• Perform EP ablations (AFib, aflutter, VT/PVC) and EP device implants (PPM, ICD, loop).
• Accurately perform EP ablations and device implants as daily duties.
• Navy hospital-provided scrubs required due to sterile environment.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius; no local candidates accepted.
