Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia. This 13-week contract offers a 36-hour work week with 12-hour rotating shifts and weekend on-call as needed.

The Endoscopy RN will operate as an intra-operative circulating nurse, providing care during endoscopic procedures without sedation. Candidates should have endoscopy procedure experience and BLS certification, with Epic EHR knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have endoscopy procedures experience.
• BLS Certification required.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, and hemorrhoid banding.
• Maintain thorough patient records and collaborate with the surgical team.
• Manage patient flow and support surgical staff in the GI lab.
• Participate in on-call duties, typically one weekend per month and additional holidays as scheduled.
