TotalMed RN seeks an Endoscopy Travel Nurse for an opening in Akron, Ohio. The RN will support physicians and the medical team before, during, and after endoscopy procedures, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and patient-centered care.

Requirements include 1.5 years of acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and expertise in endoscopy procedures and sedation pharmacodynamics. The travel role entails 40 hours weekly over 13 weeks, with standard travel benefits.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of experience in acute care.
• Endoscopy RN requires familiarity with endoscopy procedures and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Endoscopy Unit.
• Assist during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain endoscopes and equipment with proper decontamination records.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
