Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Endoscopy travel nurse in Cincinnati, OH for a 13-week assignment. The RN will work 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift in an Endoscopy unit, supporting physicians and the care team before, during, and after procedures. ACLS/BLS certs and 1-2 years of acute care experience are required.

Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, equipment decontamination, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Endoscopy experience with understanding of sedation pharmacodynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy Unit, supporting physicians and medical team.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain decontamination and records for endoscopes and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment according to standards.
