Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Henrico, Virginia. The position runs for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with 10 hours per shift. The RN must have Endoscopy experience and 1–2 years in acute care. ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required. As an Endoscopy RN you will support physicians, assist in procedures, and ensure decontamination and safety throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS and 1 year of acute care experience required.
• Endoscopy RN with ability to stand for long periods and perform procedural support including equipment decontamination.
• Travel assignment in Henrico, VA with 13 weeks duration and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Unit.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain endoscopes and related equipment, ensuring proper decontamination and traceability records.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment in accordance with standards.
