Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Endoscopy Travel Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Bangor, Maine. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS, and a 12-hour shift schedule on travel assignments.

As part of the Endoscopy team, you will assist in procedures, maintain endoscopes and equipment, and ensure a safe, compliant unit. Travel RNs should be prepared for lifting and variable physical demands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• Endoscopy RN experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• 12-hour shifts on travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy Unit, supporting physicians and the medical team.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain endoscopes and decontamination records and traceability.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment in the clinical area.
