Infinite Medical P.C., a nationwide network, is seeking a Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Indiana. You will provide comprehensive endocrine care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, traveling regularly to on-site sites.

This full-time role requires a Master's in Nursing, active NP/PA license, DEA, CPR/BLS, and endocrinology experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing and NP program completion.
• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/physician license and DEA license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months in long-term care or SNF.
• Endocrinology experience preferred.
• Willing to travel across Indiana.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat endocrinology conditions.
• Travel to nursing homes within the designated region for on-site care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover facilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Travel regularly to multiple nursing homes within the designated region to deliver on-site care
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate facility visits and optimize patient coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Endocrinology
• Preferred experience in documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to different nursing homes within the state of Indiana (100% commitment)
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
