Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone‑related issues. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Travel regularly to multiple nursing homes within the designated region to deliver on‑site care
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate facility visits and optimize patient coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long‑term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA license
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• 1 year of experience in Endocrinology
• Preferred experience in documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.); training provided
• Great organizational and time‑management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel 100% within the state of Indiana
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day
