Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, and other light industrial equipment across stores within a 3-hour radius, with travel requiring overnight stays about 2.5 weeks per month.

This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures, and communicating clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and provide a solution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventive maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
