Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a Travel RN, Float ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing assignment in Nampa, Idaho. You will float across the hospital or regional facilities to cover shifts as needed. Key benefits include premium pay, flexible scheduling, housing or meal stipends, and per diem opportunities.

Start date ASAP, 13 weeks, 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. This role requires active RN licensure and ED experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS, PALS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or regions.
• Perform professional practice: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and differences in practice areas.
