American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center in New Hampshire. NH or Compact RN license required with travel RN background.

The role requests 2+ years of ED experience, pediatric expertise, and Epic charting proficiency. Night shifts, 4x12s, with every-other-weekend duties; travel reimbursements and housing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active NH or Compact RN license is required.
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC certifications required (AHA/Red Cross only).
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Epic charting experience is required.
• Prior travel nursing experience is required.
• Strong pediatric population experience is highly preferred.
• References are required (one pending allowed).
• Drug screen must be completed within 14 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in a combined adult/pediatric ED of a Level II Trauma Center.
• Handle an average census around 70 with 160 visits/day in 36 rooms/50 beds.
• Night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 4x12-hour days; 48 hours per pay period.
• Every other weekend schedule; no on-call requirements.
• Float to ICU/ED as needed for support and team nursing.
• Care for full lifespan with diverse diagnoses including trauma and sepsis.
• Perform procedures like conscious sedation, stroke alerts, and trauma activations.
• Operate with Point of Care US/USGPIV, EPOC, Belmont, Ranger, Teleneurology tools.
• Chart with Epic; manage meds with Omnicell; communicate via SBAR/Voalte.
• Complete 36 hours of orientation; provide ED/ICU support as needed.
