American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN Case Manager for the Emergency Department in Tuba City, AZ. The role combines ED clinical oversight with mental health case management and utilization review for a 13-week assignment.

Expect 40 hours per week on 10-hour day shifts, with weekend coverage and on-call requirements. Active RN license in US, CCM/ACM options and EMR proficiency are essential, as are strong communication and care coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the US or US territory (AZ/compact acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years of ED care/case management experience.
• CCM/ACM certification required within 2 years of hire if not already obtained.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office tools.
• At least 1 year of travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for ED patients, including mental health needs.
• Develop discharge plans and ensure appropriate utilization review.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and staff to coordinate care.
• Manage complex cases and resource coordination across disciplines.
