Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfers, discharges and referrals.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and family and provide education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
