Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for a 13-week travel assignment in Rapid City, SD. The role focuses on Echo/Vascular imaging, patient preparation, and high-quality diagnostic scans in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements include completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, at least one year of recent ultrasound experience, BLS certification, and a valid ultrasound license.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license per state regulations.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into patient care.
• Prepare and position patient to ensure accurate imaging and prioritize comfort and safety.
• Perform ultrasound examinations for general and vascular studies and evaluate image quality.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment for safety and functionality.
