Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Santa Fe, NM. The role involves performing diagnostic echocardiograms on adult and pediatric patients in a high-volume hospital setting, with focus on technical proficiency and patient care.

Schedule is dayshift, 10 hours per day, four days per week, starting 10/19/2026 and ending 01/18/2027. Requires ARDMS/CCI registry or eligibility, NM license, BLS, and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year allied health program related to patient care required.
• A.R.D.M.S./CCI registration, registry eligibility, or comparable accreditation.
• New Mexico Echo Sonographer License required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Perform technically proficient 2D, M-mode, and Doppler echocardiograms.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient transport, and billing.
• Assist cardiologists during exams and document results.
• Maintain equipment quality control and a clean examination environment.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and on-call duties.
