Job summary

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Cape May Courthouse, New Jersey. The role is 40 hours per week with 10-hour daytime shifts and on-call weekends, requiring EPIC EMR usage and ARDMS/CCI registration with BLS. Travel through Cape Regional and related facilities is involved.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

• EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac ultrasound tests including stress echo and transesophageal echo.
• Follows American Society of Echocardiography and ICAEL standards.
• Prep patient and explain the procedure.
• Navigate electronic medical records and document results.

Echo Tech

Location: Cape Regional

Position: Echo Tech

Schedule: M-F with rotational weekends, 9a-7:30p. 10 hour shifts
on call required (on-call roatation for weekends and holidays)

EPIC Exp Required

Certifications required: BLS, and must be registered through either ARDMS or CCI

Performs cardiac ultrasound tests (including stress echo' and transesophageal echo's) in accordance with the American Society of Echocardiography and complies with ICAEL standards.

Demonstrates full knowledge of cardiac ultrasound and the usage of digital ultrasound equipment.

Completes daily scheduled tests in the appropriate time frame and to population specific group.

Ability to prepare the patient and explain the procedure.

Ability to navigate through an electronic medical record.
