Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our travel team in Northampton, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will perform a range of cardiac ultrasound exams and support patients during assignments.

This role requires RDCS or equivalent, an associate degree in radiology, current BLS, and at least five years of ultrasound experience; Epic experience is a plus. ACLS preferred. Travel assignments with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in radiology or equivalent.
• RDCS or equivalent certification required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician required.
• Familiarity with Epic software is a plus; ability to start IVs is an additional advantage.

• Utilize M-Mode, 2-D, color Doppler, and exercise testing techniques.
• Conduct bubble studies using Lumason as the imaging agent.

Cardiac Sonographer

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be proficient in operating diagnostic ultrasound equipment and conducting a range of cardiac scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms including TEE, TTE, and Stress Echo.

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer preferred.
