Job summary

Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Echo Technologist in Montrose, CO, to perform transthoracic, stress, dobutamine echocardiograms and arterial studies in a hospital lab. You will optimize imaging, produce quality tests for interpretation, and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements include RDCS certification, BLS on hire, ACLS preferred, and a willingness to travel for a 13-week engagement with 40 hours per week on day shifts. Training and patient interaction are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• RDCS Registered required.
• BLS certification required on hire; ACLS preferred.
• One-year experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine echocardiograms and arterial studies.
• Prepare preliminary study interpretations and assist physicians during TEE procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper disinfection of probes.
• Explain procedures to patients and position them appropriately; maintain accurate patient data.
