Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a cardiovascular unit. You will perform Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiograms, assist in Cath Lab and OR procedures, and support TAVR and Watchman cases using GE Vivid E95.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, RDCS or RCS certification, and current BLS. Typical schedule is 4x10 hour shifts; travel-ready and local constraints apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer.
• Current BLS certification required.
• RDCS or RCS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Experience assisting Cath Lab and OR cardiac procedures preferred.
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiograms
• Assist providers in the Cath Lab for TAVR and Watchman procedures
• Assist in the OR for CABG and valve procedures
• Operate GE Vivid E95 ultrasound equipment
• Document via Merge and Meditech EHR systems
