Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks an Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Macon, GA. The role involves operating the cardiac ultrasound machine, obtaining high-quality images, and coordinating with physicians for interpretation.

40 hours per week, 10-hour days, 13-week duration with travel benefits and tax-free stipends to be determined. Requirements include 1 year of Echo experience, BLS, ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification, and state licensing where required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Echo experience.
• BLS, ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cardiac ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality for physician interpretation.
• Prepare patients for echocardiograms and assist during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage equipment cleaning and daily maintenance.
• Use McKesson PACS to store and retrieve studies and reports.
