Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide tour groups to off-campus destinations.
• Check in at destinations and attend tours with travelers.
• Provide information about local attractions and answer questions.
• Record attendance at varying points in the trip.
• Lead participants through a pre-arranged itinerary.
• Provide customer support.
• Participate in pre- and post-trip debrief meetings.
