Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with menu selection and calculations and patient tray line.
• Perform calorie counts and conduct patient interviews for food preferences.
• Assist in nutrition assessments and monitoring of prescribed therapy.
• Support dietitians in nutrition-related tasks and documentation.
