Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leader in fleet maintenance across the U.S., is hiring a Travel Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our team in Zanesville, OH. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mid- to heavy-duty fleet vehicles while supporting fleet operations on the road and in the shop.

Key requirements include 5+ years of diesel experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid license. Expect weekly pay, travel up to 100%, and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on diesel vehicle maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical if required.
• Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and document repairs.
• Complete work orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Up to 100% travel time as needed.
