Job summary
Quik Travel Staffing in the United States seeks a Chronic Dialysis Technician (PCT) to monitor patient responses to dialysis therapy and adjust treatment as directed. The role involves education for patients and families, and travel to assignment locations nationwide.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of dialysis tech experience, active CCHT or BONENT certification, and required BLS (ACLS for acute settings). Onboarding and compliance support are provided by a dedicated recruiter.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent experience as a dialysis technician.
- Current dialysis certification in good standing (CCHT or BONENT).
- BLS certification required (Chronic and Acute settings).
- ACLS certification required (Acute setting only).
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient response to dialysis therapy.
- Makes appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as directed by supervisors or physicians.
- Assessment and documentation of pre-, interim-, and post-dialysis findings.
- Administers medications as ordered to assigned patients.
