Job summary

Mosaic Community Health is seeking a Sterilization Technician to organize and sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection control throughout our dental department. The role requires travel between all dental sites and adherence to sterilization protocols.

Required CRCST or SPD certification and a high school diploma, with 2 years of related experience preferred. Strong communication skills and familiarity with electronic health records are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPR certification within six months of hire.
• CRCST Certification from IAHCMSMM or SPD Technician Certification from CBSOD required.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with policy.
• Maintain instruments and working areas per sterilization protocols.
• Prepare trays and ensure aseptic readiness for planned procedures.
• Restock supplies and coordinate inventory with the Dental Program Manager.
• Enter patient data into electronic health records accurately and timely.
