Job summary

Woodyard Periodontics is seeking a Dental Sterilization Tech to maintain a clean, patient-focused environment. You will decontaminate, sort, sterilize instruments, and ensure daily room turnover while supporting supply management and safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, CRCST certification (or equivalent), OSHA knowledge, and a detail-oriented, team-driven mindset. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a schedule Mon-Thu.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CRCST or equivalent certification.
• Accredited DA program completion is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• OSHA regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminates, sorts, cleans, wraps, and sterilizes dental instruments and equipment.
• Operates and monitors autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and heat sealers; records sterilization cycles per CDC/OSHA.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restocks exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day.
• Manages and orders sterilization supplies; keeps inventory organized.
• Follows infection control protocols and keeps records of monitoring.
