Job summary

LINX is seeking Technicians to support the installation and execution of DAS and construction projects in the field, traveling domestically as required. You will arrive prepared with tools, PPE, and a positive attitude, completing tasks safely while building system knowledge under a Foreman and meeting project milestones.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism in interactions with team members and external contacts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of low voltage experience (Tech 1) or 1 year of tech/operational experience (Tech 2) with in-building wireless systems, RF, and public safety.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and general computer/phone apps.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Install cable pathway and rough-in runs, terminate coax and install connectors.
• Perform Cat cable termination and continuity testing.
• Install wall/rack equipment and dress cabling; build splitter trees.
• Conduct cable segment sweep testing and interpret results.
• Perform PIM testing and interpret results; interface with contacts.
• Track project status and report progress; comply with design changes.
