Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel CVT Interventional Radiology Technologist in Victoria, TX. The role requires vascular registered technologists and echocardiography/vascular tech training, with ARDMS/CCI registry preferred.

You will perform echoes and venous/arterial Dopplers, interpret EKGs, and assist with cardiac stress testing. Expect a 1:1 patient care ratio and a rotating weekend call schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved echocardiography and vascular technology program.
• ARDMS/CCI registry preferred for echocardiography and vascular tech.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must demonstrate advanced skills in trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
• Experience placing IV lines and administering IV medications desirable.
• Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac/vascular stress testing preferred.
• 2 years' experience in echo and vascular.
• Will perform echoes and venous/arterial dopplers.
• 1:1 patient care ratio.
• Scrub color: any color except hunter green.

Start: ASAP

Shift: Days- MON-FRI- 830-5p

CALL EVERY 3RD WEEKEND AND ROTATIONAL CALL DURING THE WEEK

NO FLOATING

REQUIREMENTS:

• VASCULAR REGISTERED, HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology
• Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• BLS
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
• Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable.
• Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred.
• 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ECHO AND VASCULAR
• WILL PERFORM ECHOES, VENOUS/ARTERIAL DOPPLERS
• Patient Ratio: 1 to 1
• SCRUB COLOR -ANY COLOR EXCEPT HUNTER GREEN
