Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced vascular technologist with RVT/RVS registration to join our team in Victoria, TX. Start ASAP, days shift, no floating, and weekend responsibilities on a rotational schedule.

The ideal candidate brings ARDMS/CCI credentials and at least two years of echo and vascular experience, with the ability to perform vascular Dopplers and trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms. BLS is required.

Qualifications

• RVT/RVS vascular registered required.
• ARDMS/CCI registry for echocardiography and vascular tech required.
• 2 years' experience in echo and vascular.
• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge in trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
• Experience in IV placement desirable.
• Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac/vascular stress testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and venous/arterial Dopplers.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1 to 1.
• Adhere to vascular testing protocols and safety standards.

Job description

Start: ASAP- VASCULAR IS REQUIRED. DO NOT SUB WITHOUT VASCULAR EXPERIENCE

Shift: Days- MON-FRI- 830-5p

CALL EVERY 3RD WEEKEND AND ROTATIONAL CALL DURING THE WEEK

NO FLOATING

REQUIREMENTS:

• RVT/RVS VASCULAR REGISTERED REQUIRED
• Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology
• ARDMS/CCI Registry REQUIRED in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• BLS
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms.
• Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable.
• Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred.
• 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ECHO AND VASCULAR
• WILL PERFORM ECHOES, VENOUS/ARTERIAL DOPPLERS
