Qualifications

• Vascular registered highly preferred.
• 2 years' experience in echo and vascular.
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced skill in performing echocardiograms.

Responsibilities

• Perform echoes and venous/arterial dopplers.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1 to 1.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms

Experience in placing intravenous lines

BLS certification

EKG interpretation

Cardiac and vascular stress testing

Education

Graduate of approved echocardiography/vascular technology program

Registry in echocardiography by ARDMS or CCI preferred

Travel ! CVT or Interventional Radiology Tech – Victoria, TX

Start: ASAP

Shift: Days- MON-FRI- 830-5p

CALL EVERY 3RD WEEKEND AND ROTATIONAL CALL DURING THE WEEK

NO FLOATING

REQUIREMENTS:

VASCULAR REGISTERED, HIGHLY PREFERRED

Graduate of an approved program of echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography, non-invasive cardiovascular technology

Registry preferred in echocardiography and vascular technology / sonography by ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)

BLS

Must be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in the performance of trans-thoracic contrast echocardiograms.

Experience in placing intravenous lines and administration of IV medications is desirable.

Experience in EKG interpretation and cardiac and vascular stress testing is preferred.

2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ECHO AND VASCULAR

WILL PERFORM ECHOES, VENOUS/ARTERIAL DOPPLERS
