The role requires 18 months of Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care setting, a High School Diploma or equivalent OR Technologist training, BLS and National Certification, and the ability to handle surgical instruments and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
• High School Diploma or completion of accredited Operating Room Technologist course or equivalent.
• BLS Certified and National Certification required.
• Able to demonstrate dexterity with surgical instruments and knowledge of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures and assist as needed.
• Work under RN circulator supervision and delegate tasks to support patient care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
